Accommodations:

If you are in need of a place to stay, please contact Marty or Matt as they may be able to connect you with a private rental of a chalet or property in the area that will be close to the venue.

If you would prefer to stay in a hotel the Dorchester Hotel in Collingwood on the main street is a great option or the Comfort Inn in Collingwood. Shuttles can be provided to and from those locations. Please just know that it is a 30 minute drive from Springwater Farm.

Transportation:

On the big day, shuttles will be provided from central/common locations to the venue. These shuttles will run on a strict schedule to transport guests from designated locations, to the wedding venue. Consider driving a vehicle to the pickup location or carpooling with friends and family. Pickup locations will include:

  • Woolner Place (also known as Duntroon Highlands House)

  • Devil’s Glen Country Club (main parking lot)

  • Comfort Inn (downtown Collingwood)

  • Creemore & District Recreation Centre (Creemore)

  • Singhampton Community Centre

We ask that you please fill out the following form so that we can create a detailed shuttle plan with numbers and times for everyone. The schedule will be sent out about 10 days prior to the wedding. (You may need to copy and paste the link into your browser).

Things to be aware of: There is no taxi company and Ubers are highly unpredictable in the area; please plan ahead. Please ensure you arrive on time for shuttle pick-ups. If you miss the scheduled pick-up, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the wedding.

You are also welcome to drive to the venue location and there will be a parking area. While we have tried to improve the Google Maps accuracy for the venue address, we have been unsuccessful. If you copy paste these coordinates into your navigation system, it will take you to the correct place.

Starting at 10:30pm individual shuttles will be available at the wedding venue to take you directly to your preferred accommodations. The last shuttles will depart the venue at 1:30am.
